Cathie Labonté

A graduate in special education at UQAM, Cathie has been an orthopedagogue for 23 years in both the remedial and floating enumeration classes.
Very involved in the Learning Disabilities Institute, she has done many specialized trainings over the years in dyslexia, dysorthographia and dysphasia. She has TEACCH training for students with disorders on the autism spectrum and has also been a trainer of homework help and lessons for parents.

Highly recognized by the teaching community, she has been a guest speaker at the Quebec Elementary Teachers Association.
Her great expertise in dealing with students with learning difficulties or learning disabilities as well as students living with an attention deficit disorder makes her an exceptional orthopedagogue.
